The below given packages are based on unlimited data transfer up to given speeds as per service policy uptime on retail broadband services is 92% so minimum uptime per month will be 92% or more depends upon  the technical feasibility. The below given prices includes all types of taxes. Tariff updated on 26-Dec-2010 for all new connection existing customers tariff plans may remains un-changed.

Note: Security deposit of the equipment will be extra (Rs. 4500) which is refundable at the time of termination of the connection with one month notice and equipment needs to be in serviceable condition other wise the security deposit will be forfeited, (Minimum hire period is 3 months)

Note: Above given packages from 256 kbps to 512kbps is especially home / domestic purpose with 1 system. Packages range from 750 kbps to so on up to 5120 kbps is especially for commercial use and can be used with maximum 2 systems; if customer wants to use the connection with more then 2 systems then he / she have to pay 18% of the total rental of the package for per extra system he / she uses in their campus outside the campus is not allowed. To maintain a better QoS this condition is applicable to all range of customers domestic and commercial.

For USB dongles every laptop or computer needs one free USB port in order to use the service and for fixed wireless connection every laptop or computer needs to have one free LAN port in the system. Note: The above mention security desposit 4500 is for  equipment which support distance up to 3 to 5 KMs only for above 5 KM distance, equipment cost is depends on distance between customer’s premises and our nearest node (our distribution tower).

Service is based on ISM 2.4 GHz & 5.8 GHz band which can be accessed with our USB dongles if customer want all India roaming then 2.4 GHz equipment will be given  or if customer wants fixed wireless connection 5.8 GHz equipment needs to be installed in customer’s premises (building) for installing fixed wireless equipment minimum height required is 25ft from were our distribution node (our distubution tower) can be visible clearly connection can be given from the nearest node our all nodes  supports distance up to 10 KMs.
