Our Refund Policy

  • We issue refunds only for physical goods and hosting products which are regular prodcuts. (Domains Registrations & Renewals of Domains) excluded from this policy.
  • Customized solution which is not part of our regular products are non-refundable
  • For physical goods: We provide 30 days money back guaranty, customer can ask for refund if they are not satisfied with the product performance or if product is faulty or not performing as per customer’s needs. One offer can be given if product is faulty then we can replace it free of cost. But if customer doesn’t want to continue with the product then he/she can get full refund.
  • For Digital services: this includes all hosting related products like Web Hosting, Managed DDNS other than Domain registrations and renewals. Customer can submit a refund request within 30 days if they want refund for the services. If customer submit request after 30 days refund is possible but after deduction of usage period of 30 days if subscription is more than 1 month.
  • Wireless Broadband Services: This service is based on monthly subscription with one time installation which is not refundable and security deposit is refundable at the time of termination of the connection from customer end or by company but our CPE needs to be in working condition otherwise security deposit will be forfeited.
  • Domains Registration / Renewals: are nonrefundable products as per services terms for renewals if customer don’t want to renew their domain name next year they can disable auto renewals in domain control panel.
